Description

This tender, subtropical evergreen does best with full sun; when established, it needs infrequent watering and feeding. It should be exposed to as little frost as possible. The bracts age to a salmond pick color in summer and fall. 'Rosenka' quickly reaches 3'-4' tall and 4'-6' wide, with a mounding, cascading habit. Be careful not to damage roots. Prune in springtime.

Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.
